BUYER: Any natural or legal person placing an order via https://flamestove.com.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement defines the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller’s website, in accordance with the provisions of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national consumer protection laws.
3. PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS
• Payment shall be made using the methods specified during checkout.
• Products will be shipped within a maximum of 15 business days after payment confirmation.
• No taxes are applied at export from Turkey.
• The Buyer is responsible for paying any import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the country of destination. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
• If the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay customs charges, or does not collect the parcel, all resulting return, storage, and re-shipment costs shall be borne by the Buyer.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days after delivery, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and complete with all accessories.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases of defective or non-conforming goods.
• The Seller shall refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and the returned goods.
5. LEGAL GUARANTEE
• Products must be free from defects and in conformity with the Agreement for at least two (2) years from the date of delivery.
• In case of defects, the Buyer may request repair, replacement, or a reasonable price reduction in accordance with EU law.
6. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
• The Seller processes personal data only for order fulfillment, product delivery, customer service, and compliance with legal obligations.
• The Buyer has the right to access, rectify, erase (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, and object under the GDPR.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the relevant consumer protection laws of the Buyer’s country of residence. The Buyer retains the right to bring claims before the competent consumer authorities and courts in their country.
