1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
The Buyer will receive a confirmation email including tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free of charge for all European Union destinations.
No additional delivery fees are applied by the Seller.
3. Delivery Times
Average delivery time to European Union countries is between 5–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance or local courier services. These delays are outside the Seller’s responsibility.
4. Customs & Import Duties
Products are exported from Turkey. No taxes or fees are applied at export.
The Buyer is responsible for paying all import VAT, customs duties, and handling charges required by the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price.
If the Buyer refuses to pay customs duties or does not collect the parcel, any resulting return, storage, or re-shipment costs will be borne by the Buyer.
5. Damaged Shipments
The Buyer must check the package upon delivery.
In case of visible damage or missing items, the Buyer should report it to the courier immediately and notify the Seller within 48 hours with photos/documents.
6. Seller’s Responsibility
The Seller ensures that all products are securely packaged and handed over to the shipping company in good condition.
The Seller is not responsible for delays, extra costs, or failures arising from customs procedures in the Buyer’s country.
7. Acceptance
By placing an order on Flamestove.com, the Buyer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this Shipping Policy.
