1. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days after delivery, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories.
For defective or non-conforming goods, all return costs are borne by the Seller.
For all other returns, return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
The Seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving both the withdrawal notice and the returned goods.
2. Return Process
The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (email: info@flamestove.com
) within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Products must be shipped back with tracking information provided to the Seller.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Customs and Import Duties
No taxes apply on export from Turkey.
The Buyer is responsible for all import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged in the country of delivery.
If the Buyer refuses to pay customs duties or fails to collect the parcel, all resulting return, storage, and re-shipment costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, installed, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect.
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened are excluded from the withdrawal right (e.g. cleaning sprays, consumable accessories).
5. Seller’s Responsibility
The Seller guarantees that all products are delivered in good condition to the shipping company.
The Seller is not responsible for customs delays or import clearance procedures in the Buyer’s country.
6. Acceptance
By placing an order on Flamestove.com, the Buyer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this Return Policy.
