Altara Premium YK Cast Iron Stove is one of the top-tier examples in the Flame Stove Altara series, equipped with a dual combustion system. Manufactured in accordance with European standards, this stove is validated by CE and EcoDesign 2022 certifications. All products are designed for A-class energy efficiency, developed to achieve maximum efficiency with minimal fuel consumption.
The stove is entirely made of cast iron and features high-temperature resistant German Schott Robax ceramic glass on the front. This glass provides complete airtightness with a non-combustible glass seal, ensuring safe usage. The additional side door offers a practical solution for adding wood. The combustion chamber grate is made from extra high-strength cast iron (GGG 40).
The spheroidal cast iron front glass minimizes darkening and soiling through its specially designed ventilation system. The rear air balance system efficiently expels dead carbon gases produced from the initial logs, enhancing fuel combustion efficiency. This system helps achieve maximum efficiency with minimal fuel usage.
The side-opening door allows for fuel replenishment without opening the front door while the stove is burning. Since front doors on cast iron stoves are typically large, there is a risk of smoke odors escaping during fuel loading. The side-opening door mitigates this issue. Additionally, the stove features a wood storage compartment at the bottom, designed for storing and drying the wood used in the stove. Coal can also be used as fuel, providing flexibility for the user.
